By accessing and using the JaxAxiJakulu website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
JaxAxiJakulu provides specialized container manufacturing services for dragon fruit farmers in Malaysia. Our services include design, manufacturing, and delivery of harvest crates, transport containers, retail packaging, storage solutions, and custom packaging options.
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit payment. Custom orders require 50% deposit before production begins.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity, materials availability, and production schedules.
Payment terms are Net 30 days for established customers with approved credit. New customers require payment in advance or cash on delivery. Late payments may incur additional charges as permitted by Malaysian law.
We warrant our containers to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from delivery date. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by the customer.
JaxAxiJakulu's liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from the use of our products.
All designs, trademarks, and intellectual property related to JaxAxiJakulu products remain our exclusive property. Customers may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our designs without written permission.
Standard product orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins. Returns are accepted for defective products within 30 days of delivery, subject to inspection.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or material shortages.
These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
